Star Wars Force Unleashed
This game looks bad ass. I played most of the Star Wars games released, but there really hasn’t been a memorable or outstanding one since in my opinion XWing or Tie Fighter.
2 commentsI need more Anime posts on this site.
Yeah so lately I have been meaning to write more anime postings, but I just don’t have the time to put the finishing touches on some posts I started. Though my friend who started blogging on a sub domain I gave her has some funny opinions. Not boring episodic blogs, but general opinions on series mixed in with her WOW jargon sometimes. (Plus some of her “Queen’s English”) hehe. Check it out here.
Shes learning how to use GIMP. hehe.

LOL Idiot Pwned
Ryan had this on his gtalk status today. Thought I’d share. gahahaha.
No commentsInternet War on Scientology !?!?
My friend Ryan told me about how this internet hacking group has declared war on scientology. Sounded like a joke, but I guess it was real. He was in the IRC channel with all of them and it was jam packed with people. Most likely young kids with the software tools to send attacks to the scientology websites. They were pretty successful in taking them down briefly. Digg has been populated with Scientology topics the last 2 days about them and other f#*ked up stuff they do.
Pretty entertaining what Anonymous is doing if you ask me.

They teach Jesus is a pedophile?!?
Tom Cruise I used to like you. Damn you and your crazy cult.
No commentsStar Trek Teaser Trailer
The last Star Trek Film was well just pure crap. The last series was well again just pure crap. I grew up watching all the Star Trek movies, series (minus the last series) and I always thought the original series characters were my favorite. A prequel movie with those characters by the producer of Lost J.J. Abrams gives me a lot of hope. So the teaser trailer I saw today sent some tingles down my spine.
No commentsTasteTheHappy Cross Stitching Frenzy
My friend has been busy in the cross stitching world and has posted some of her work at tastethehappy. She has generously posted the patterns of her work on the site if you want to recreate her work. I think she gets way more web traffic than I do for her work. lol.

WOW Gear Resets at 80
So yeah we know it was going to happen, but it still grates on me that all your hard work of arena/raiding gets turned to crap with the first few levels of green quest items. It is a vicious cycle MMOs create. There is no end, just an end to cool names for the gear.
Blizzard Poster: “I won’t get into another one of these conversations too much, but the bonus that high-end raiders get is the items they have right now that allow them to be awesome. The gear gets “reset” from time to time, but if they still want to dish out the damage (or heals or tanking as appropriate), they know how to get back to the top and they might even pick up some new players in the process to help their progression.
As for the vanity side of things, there are some good ideas out there for creating diversity in players’ looks, but we have no definite plans on changes beyond the hair styles at this time.”
Jacked this comic pertaining to the subject. Oh well glad I quit raiding in May and quit WOW all together in October. So if I do restart I can be equal with all the tier 7 people with my ugly greenies too.
Edit: Found this image on a message board, but I found the original poster here.
No commentsBeastly PC Monitor
That thing is huge. DLP though I’m kinda skeptical, but a curved LCD screen in a few years? Probably.
No commentsNewtype USA to cease publication. WTF!?!?!
I read at AnimeNewsNetwork that Newtype will cease publication. They say they have another magazine in the works, but Newtype will always have a special place in my heart. It was probably my first anime magazine I ever owned. I remember going to the 2002 Anime Expo (My first expo ever) and they were just starting to promote the magazine and I received their first issue ever there. I still have it till this day. Even though the magazine never really had legit reviews (it was owned by ADV after all), it did have lots of great pictures. Each magazine contained a great collection of anime/manga photos in every issue, and it did have interesting articles here and there. I thought it warranted the 10 dollar cover price. Goodbye Newtype USA I will miss you.
